10m Monster Band Walks forward and backwards
20sec KB Front Rack 1/4 Squat with Pulse
2. Gymnastic 4 WEEK MUSCLE UP
10×1 Toe Nail Negative *Slow as possible
7×1 ME Hollow Body Ring Pull Up (False Grip, ring to sternum)
Gymastic Swing *Focus on momentum carrying you, not pulling or engaging
3.Met-Con
BUY-IN: 50 Tyre Jumps
*20m Farmers Carry (35/25kg each hand)
*50 Double Unders
50-40-30-20-10 Jumping Lunges (Must Complete the Farmers Carryand DU’s in between round of JL’s)
BUY-OUT: 50 Tyre Jumps
