*every 2mins stop and perform: 5 KB Front Rack kneeling + 20sec L-Hang from Rope
2. Gymnastic
Parallete L-sit 12x 15/20
3x 2 Back flip on rings
Pike up on rower 4x 12rep
3. Met-Con : For Time
Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
9 LOG overhead squats
200m log run
12 log push ups
4. Mobility
