20sec L-Hang from Rings
2. Gymnastic 4 WEEK MUSCLE UP
10x ME Ring Support, bottom. *Hold the deepest part of your dip
Practice: Top down Toe Nail progression
4×3 Ring Pull up negative (false grip)
3.Met-Con 21 minute EMOM
1st minute — 3 stones to shoulder
2nd minute — 20 second static hold with stone in the belly (between belly button and collar bones)
3rd minute — 5 stone squats (stone on shoulder)
4. Mobility
